Property Studio

Property Studio is situated at 4 D.R Road. It’s a pretty straightforward location, not far from the main hub but just enough to be slightly quieter. The building is one of those older brick structures that has seen better days, but it has a lot of character. Our office is on the smaller side, with just enough room for a few desks and a filing cabinet that’s seen better days. The front door has a bit of a squeak every time someone walks in, which acts like a doorbell for us since we don't actually have one. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps spread out across the table. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few notes we’ve taped up so we don't forget things. There’s a small window that looks out onto D.R Road, but the view is mostly of the building across the street and the occasional delivery truck. We don't have a big team or a fancy lobby with a water cooler. It’s usually just a couple of us here, drinking tea and trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the radiator pipes clank when the heat comes on, which can be a bit startling if you aren't expecting it. We like the simplicity of it, though. It’s a practical place to work without any unnecessary distractions or corporate polish. Just a regular office at number 4.
