Property Point Real Estate is located in Vishrantwadi, specifically at Maruthi Krupa in Kasturi Nagar. We are on the 1st C Cross, just off the 2nd Main road. It’s a residential neighborhood that has grown quite a bit over the years. Our office is basically a room where we meet people to discuss what they are looking for in a home. We spend a good portion of our day out of the office, though, walking through the lanes of Kasturi Nagar to check on available rentals or sales. It’s a very local business. We know which houses have good water supply and which ones get the morning sun. The office itself is pretty modest, with just the essentials like a desk and some chairs for visitors. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. Dealing with property can be a bit slow sometimes, waiting for documents to come through or for people to make up their minds. We deal with a lot of different personalities, and every day brings something a bit different. Vishrantwadi is a busy area, but our little corner in Kasturi Nagar is relatively calm. We just focus on the properties right here in our backyard and try to keep the process as straightforward as possible for everyone involved.
