Propertiesparkcom is located in the Runwal Prestige building on Nagar Road. We are on the 5th floor, unit A/18. This is in the Yerwada area, specifically near the 2nd Cross in Sourashtrapet. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy Nagar Road below. Our office is where we handle most of the property inquiries for this side of town. It’s a decent-sized building and quite easy to find if you’re driving along the main road. We spend our time listing properties and talking to people who want to move into Yerwada. It’s a mix of residential and commercial work for us. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our computers and files, and not much else. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the job done for the people who come to see us. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, but that’s just how it goes. We know the Sourashtrapet area quite well and have seen it change over the years. We handle the paperwork and the site visits like any other local real estate office. It’s mostly about connecting someone who has a place with someone who needs one. We keep it practical and stay focused on the local market. It takes a lot of time, but we just keep going.
