We've been running Propdekho Realty Concepts Private Limited for a while now. Our office is up on the 5th floor of B Building in StoneRidge Apartments, specifically over at Sr.No 315/2/13 in Waghere Colony. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Most days you’ll find us sitting around the desk dealing with paperwork or taking calls from people looking for a place to stay or buy in the area. We aren't a big fancy operation with a glass front door on the main street. It’s just Flat No. 18. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a minute, but that's just how it goes in these older complexes. We started this because we know the neighborhood pretty well and figured we could help folks navigate the local market without too much fuss. It's a lot of running around, checking out sites, and talking to different people every day. We handle the usual real estate stuff you’d expect from a private limited setup. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the Waghere Colony signs. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New buildings go up, old ones get renovated, and we’re right in the middle of it all. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes, but inside the office, we just keep working through our lists. We don't have a giant team, just a few of us making sure things get done properly for whoever walks through the door. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy it.
