Our home base is at Vision One, Phase II, which is a fairly well-known building in Pune City. We are in Office No 323 on the third floor of S. NO. 56/4/1. It’s a modern enough building, but our office inside is pretty standard. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of property maps pinned up. We work as realtors, mostly helping people navigate the local market in the 411033 zip code. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just show up in the morning and start going through our lists. Pune is a big place, and it’s easy to get lost in the shuffle, so we try to keep our focus local. We deal with a lot of different people, from folks looking for their first apartment to those trying to sell a plot of land. It’s busy work and there is always something to fix or a document that needs a signature. We don't try to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to be the ones who actually answer the phone and tell you the truth about a property. The 323 office is where everything happens, from the first phone call to the final handshake. We like the atmosphere at Vision One and it’s a good spot for us to keep our things organized while we help the community.
