You can find us at Shop Number 15 in the Centre Point building at Mitramandal Chowk. The address is technically Plot Number 491, CTS Number 6616 in the Parval area. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. We like the energy of the chowk though. Our office is a small space where we manage our real estate listings. We focus on the properties around Parval because that’s where our roots are. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know the local market well. We spend our time checking out new sites and making sure the documents for our clients are in order. It’s not glamorous work at all. There’s a lot of driving around and waiting for people to show up for appointments. But we stay patient. We don't try to use slick sales tactics or pressure anyone into buying. We just show the properties as they are. People seem to appreciate that we don't sugarcoat things. If a place needs work, we tell them straight away. We want people to be satisfied with their choice in the long run. The office is our base where we keep everything organized. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living and we’ve been doing it this way for years. We just take it one day at a time.
