Primie Chemicals

We are based out of Plot No.6 in the Kothrud Industrial Estate. If you know the Kothrud area, you know it is mostly industrial around here with a lot of trucks moving in and out. Our daily routine involves a lot of handling drums and containers filled with different chemicals. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit; we are usually in our work clothes dealing with orders and checking labels. The warehouse can get quite hot in the afternoons, but that is just how it is in an industrial estate. We supply to other businesses mostly. It involves a lot of paperwork and making sure the transport is scheduled correctly. We have been at this location for a while now and have seen the estate change quite a bit over the years. Some days are very slow with just a few phone calls, and other days everyone seems to want their delivery at the same time. We try to keep things organized but with so many different products, the shelves stay pretty full. It is a straightforward operation. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People find us because they need specific supplies for their own factories or workshops. We just focus on keeping the inventory right and making sure the loading dock stays clear for the next truck. There is always a lot of heavy lifting involved and it keeps us quite busy.
