Our office is number 8 on the second floor of Brahma Estate. It’s right on Kondhwa Road in Khondhwa. If you’ve ever been through this area, you know how busy the main road is. We spend a lot of time looking at buildings and talking to people about where they want to live. The office is our base where we keep all the property maps and local files. It isn’t a very large space, just a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't have any fancy marketing people. It’s just us doing the legwork. We walk up and down those stairs a lot every day. Kondhwa has changed so much since we first started here. There are new buildings popping up everywhere you look. We try to keep track of who is selling and who is looking to rent. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to show people different flats. Sometimes we have to wait around for people who are running late because of the traffic on the bypass. In the afternoons, we usually sit back and have some tea while we go over the paperwork. It’s straightforward work. We don't make big promises, we just show what is available in the market. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of walking.
