Prime Properties

If you are looking for us, we are over in Baner Gaon, specifically around the Vishnu Baug area on SV Road. This part of town has changed a lot lately, but we’ve stayed in this spot. We deal with properties, so most of our time is spent talking to people who want to move into the neighborhood or those who are looking to sell their place. It’s not like those big real estate agencies you see on TV with fancy suits. We usually just wear what’s comfortable and walk around the lanes to see what’s available. Vishnu Baug is a nice area and we spend a lot of time just keeping track of which flat is empty or which plot of land is up for grabs. People stop by the office to ask about rents or just to see what the market is doing today. Sometimes we don't have much to show, and other times we are running around all afternoon showing houses. It’s a bit unpredictable. We know the shopkeepers and the residents around SV Road pretty well by now. We just try to help folks find a place that fits them without a lot of the usual sales talk. It’s just about knowing the local streets and who is moving where. Our office is a simple place where we keep our keys and our maps and try to be helpful.
