Prime Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is located at Nirmal Corner, right on S B Road. If you look across the street, you’ll see the Sunguard building, so we’re pretty easy to spot. We’ve been in the Chatushring area for years. Physiotherapy is what we do all day long. It’s a lot of helping people stretch, move, and get their strength back after they’ve been hurt or had surgery. The space is mostly open so we can move around with the patients. We have some mats, some weights, and various machines that help with the aches. It isn't a quiet place like a library; there's usually the sound of people working hard and us giving instructions. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just us here, making sure folks can walk or move their arms better than when they walked in. The traffic on S B Road is always moving, but inside we just focus on the exercises. Sometimes it takes a long time for someone to get better, and we see them every week for months. You get to know people pretty well when you're helping them through that. We don’t use a lot of fancy talk about "wellness." We just look at what’s stiff or weak and try to fix it. It’s practical work, and we like seeing the progress people make over time. That is really the whole point of why we are here.
