We are based right on Paud Road in Kothrud, which is a pretty lively part of Pune. Our shop has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen the area change quite a lot over the years. We handle various bits and pieces here, mostly just running things day to day. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. The traffic on Paud Road can be a bit much sometimes, but it means there are always people around. Our space is pretty simple, filled with the stuff we need to get our work done. We don't go in for much decoration or anything like that. People in Kothrud are usually looking for something reliable, and that’s what we try to be. We have regular customers who stop by just to chat sometimes while we’re working. It’s that kind of neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything; we just use our common sense to solve problems as they come up. If you're walking down Paud Road, you’ll find us easily enough. We aren't the flashiest place on the street, but we’re here every day, doing what we do. It’s a nice way to earn a living, being part of the local community in this part of Pune. We just keep the doors open and get through our task list every single afternoon.
