Pratik Real Estate is based at 15 Kothrud. Kothrud is a big, busy area of Pune, and we have been operating out of this spot for a while now. Our office is quite simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps and files piled up. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist or anything like that. Most of the time, we are out on our bikes looking at properties or meeting people at different sites around the city. The real estate business here is always changing, with new buildings going up and old ones being sold every day. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. We just tell people what is available and what the prices are like. It can be a lot of running around, especially when the traffic in Kothrud gets really bad in the evenings. We handle all sorts of listings, from small flats to bigger plots of land. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to different people all day long. Sometimes a deal goes through easily, and other times it takes months of waiting. We just stay at it. The office at number 15 is where we do all the background work and filing. It is a bit messy with all the documents, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big corporate brand. We are just local people who know the Kothrud streets very well.
