Prashant Estate Agengy is right here in Pimple Saudagar. This area has grown so much in the last few years that it’s hard to keep track of all the new buildings popping up. We have stayed in the same spot while the neighborhood changed around us. Pimple Saudagar used to be much quieter, but now there are shops and apartments everywhere you look. Our office is a small place where we keep all our records. It’s not very big, and if more than three people come in at once, it feels a bit crowded. We have a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day to keep the air moving because it can get quite stuffy in the afternoon. We don’t use any fancy computer systems or big screens to show things off. Most of our work is done with pens, paper, and a lot of talking. People drop in just to ask about what is happening in the area or to see if anything new has come up. We spend a lot of our time out and about in the neighborhood anyway, so the office is mostly just a home base for us. It has a lived-in feel, with tea stains on the coasters and piles of newspapers from the last week. It is a local business run by local people who just know this patch of land well.
