Prashant Arts

Prashant Arts is situated at Ramanbag Chowk 2 in the Vidyanagar area. It’s a small shop filled with all sorts of things we’re working on. We do a lot of different art projects, framing, and signage. The space is usually a bit cluttered with wood scraps, paint, and tools, but that’s just how we work. We aren't a big gallery with white walls. It’s a workshop where we get our hands dirty every day. The people who work here have been doing this for years. We know how to handle the materials and get the job done. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought it would, especially if the weather is damp and the paint won’t dry. We just tell the customer it’ll be another day. Most people around Ramanbag Chowk know us and stop by to see what we’re making. It’s a busy little corner of Vidyanagar. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. We just rely on people seeing our work and coming in to ask about it. It’s a good way to live, making things with your hands and being part of the local community. The shop has been here at number 2 for a long time, and we don’t plan on going anywhere else. It’s just us and our art, trying to make a living and staying busy throughout the week.
