Our office is tucked away in Kashid Chawl, right on Alandi Road in the Kalas area of Pune. If you know where the R&DE Centre is, we are basically right across from that. It’s a busy part of the city, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to work. We handle various property services and schemes from this small spot. The office isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through. There’s always someone coming in to ask about paperwork or different maintenance issues. We’ve been operating out of this Pune-411015 location for a good while now. The building is older, but it serves us just fine for what we do. You can see the traffic moving along Alandi Road all day from the front door. We keep a couple of desks busy with phone calls and computer work. It’s not a quiet place, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. Sometimes we have to run out to different sites, so the office might just have one person sitting there for a bit. It’s just a straightforward operation without any big frills. We mostly just focus on getting the daily tasks finished and helping the people who walk in with their property questions. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is something we all look forward to.
