We've been at 484 14 Mitramandal Colony here in Pune for quite some time now. It’s a decent spot, usually pretty quiet except when the morning traffic picks up on the main road nearby. Most days, you’ll find us just working through whatever files are on the desk. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some old desks, a few chairs that could probably use an upgrade, and a lot of paper. People around here know where we are because of the big tree out front. We try to keep things simple. If someone walks in with a question, we just talk to them like a neighbor. There isn't much to say about our history other than we showed up one day and stayed. We do our work, make sure the lights are off when we leave, and come back the next morning. It’s just how we run things. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the tea lady is late, but we manage. Pune is a busy city, but our little corner in Mitramandal Colony feels a bit more grounded. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the world. We just want to get through the daily tasks without too much fuss. If you’re ever walking by, you’ll see our sign. It’s been there for years, looking a bit weathered now, but it still does the job. Just Pramod Dube Associates, doing what we do every single day without making any big deal.
