Poonamjagtap

We are over in Triveni Nagar, Hadapsar, right at 18/2. It’s a part of Pune that has seen a lot of change lately, but our little spot stays mostly the same. Poonamjagtap isn't some giant corporation with a glass building. It’s just a small operation run by a few people who know what they’re doing. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of stuff packed into one area. We don't have a cleaning crew, so we usually spend Saturday mornings tidying up the place ourselves. The street outside can get pretty busy during rush hour, so we try to get our errands done early. We don't use any fancy business jargon when we talk to people. If someone asks what we do, we just explain it in plain English. There are no mission statements hanging on the walls here. Instead, we have a calendar with a few notes scribbled on it and some photos from over the years. It’s a very practical environment. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay out of the way of the neighbors. Being in Hadapsar is convenient since most things we need are just a short walk away. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our tea orders by heart. It’s just a normal, everyday business trying to do things the right way without making a big fuss about it. We stay grounded and just focus on the daily grind.
