You can find us at 4 Warje Malwadi, right on the 2nd Cross near 12th Main on M S Ramaiah College Road. This area is always full of students and families because of the college being so close to us. We’ve been working out of this small office for quite a while now. Our daily routine involves a lot of talking to people about where they want to live and what they can afford. We keep a lot of notes on scraps of paper and in old registers that are starting to fall apart. It’s not the most high-tech way to do things, but it works for us and our clients. The streets around here can be a bit of a maze if you don't know them, but we’ve walked every single one of them. We show a lot of apartments and small houses to people moving into the neighborhood for school or work. Sometimes the clients are late or the owners change their minds at the very last minute, which is just part of this business. We don't try to be anything we're not. We’re just a local real estate shop helping out with whatever comes through the door. The coffee in the office is usually cold because we get distracted by a phone call or someone walking in with a question. We just focus on getting the deals done and making sure everyone understands the terms. It’s regular work, and we’re happy to be part of the scene here.
