Pooja Estate

Pooja Estate is our real estate office in Akurdi. We are located at 141/2 on Karve Road in a building called Deccan Paras Plaza. It is a very good spot because we are right near the Gurudvara which everyone knows. Our office is inside the plaza and it’s a place where we keep all the listings for flats and shops available in the area. Karve Road is always moving with people and cars so there is a lot of energy around us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around to show people different properties. The office itself is quite basic with a few chairs and a table where we look at maps and floor plans. It gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to talk about buying a house. We’ve seen Akurdi grow so much over the years and being near the Gurudvara means we get to see the local community every day. Sometimes we stay late to finish the paperwork for a deal because there’s always something that needs to be signed or checked. We don't have a big team of sales people just a few of us who know the local streets and buildings really well. If you are looking for a place in this part of town you’ll probably find your way to Deccan Paras Plaza eventually. We just keep things simple and try to help people find a roof over their heads.
