We are located over at 14 Camp. It’s a pretty central spot, though the traffic right outside can be a bit much during the afternoons. Pinnacle Realtors has been operating out of this small office for quite some time. We handle different types of property work, mostly just helping people find what they need around town. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. When you walk in, you’ll probably see a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or out looking at sites, so sometimes the office is quiet. Other times, it's a bit of a madhouse with everyone talking at once. We know the neighborhood well because we’ve been here so long. Most of the people who stop by are just neighbors or folks who saw our sign while driving past. We don't do much advertising. People just seem to find us. It’s a straightforward business. We try to keep things simple and don’t use a lot of big words or complicated contracts if we can help it. If you’re looking for someone who knows the 14 Camp area and the streets around it, that’s basically us. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job every day. Sometimes we stay late, sometimes we close early on Fridays if it's slow. That's just how it goes.
