Our place is located in Sadashiv Peth at house number 2016/2017. If you know Pune, you know that Sadashiv Peth is full of narrow lanes and a lot of history. It is a very traditional part of the city. Our office is tucked away in one of these buildings, and it’s a fairly modest space. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have been around for quite a while. The area is always buzzing with people on bicycles and scooters, and the sounds of the neighborhood come right through the windows. We work on real estate stuff, which in this part of town usually involves a lot of older properties and complicated paperwork. We don't use any fancy software or have high-tech gadgets everywhere. We mostly rely on our notebooks, some basic computers, and a lot of patience. It can get a bit cramped when more than a few people are in the office at once, but we make it work. There is a small tea shop just down the lane that we visit several times a day. We like being in Sadashiv Peth because everything you need is within walking distance. We don't have any big corporate goals to talk about. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever property issues need solving that day. It’s a simple, straightforward way of doing things.
