You can find PERFECT ADDRESS LLP over at Plot No. 329 in the Lotus Icon building. We are in Office Number 1, which is in Sector 27A of Nigdi here in Pune. It is a decent spot, easy to find once you get into the sector. We have been working out of this office for some time now. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and some filing cabinets. We handle property matters for people in the city and the surrounding areas. Some days are really quiet and we just focus on the computer work. Other days, the phone does not stop ringing. We are just regular people trying to run a business without much fuss. The building itself is quite recognizable in the neighborhood. We chose this location because it is convenient for getting around Pune. There is a lot of growth happening in Sector 27A, so there is always something new to look at. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just wear what is comfortable and get to work. Most of our day is spent verifying addresses and checking out plots of land. It is practical work. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are deep in the paperwork. We just stay focused on what needs to be done before we head home for the day. It’s a straightforward way to operate and it suits how we like to work.
