People North Adcon (Opc) Private Limited is tucked away in the Mohammadwadi area of Pune. We operate out of C 603 in the Rising Landscape complex, which is part of the Kool Homes project. It’s a bit of a quieter part of town compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer. Being in a residential-style complex gives the office a much more relaxed feeling. It doesn't feel like you’re walking into a factory or a stiff corporate park. We’ve got a good view from the sixth floor, looking out over the landscape. Sometimes we just sit on the balcony for a few minutes to clear our heads before getting back to the spreadsheets. The team is small, since we are an OPC, so it’s very personal here. We know each other’s lunch habits and who drinks the most tea. Mohammadwadi is growing fast, but our little corner remains pretty steady. We don't have a big reception desk or a bunch of interns running around. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. We’ve settled into this Pune life quite well. The weather is usually nice enough that we keep the windows open when we can. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, without all the extra fluff that people usually expect from a private limited company. We’re just here at Rising Landscape, day in and day out, staying busy.
