Pegasus Reality

The office here at D/22 Baner Road is usually pretty quiet in the early mornings before the phones start up. We’ve got a couple of desks and some chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. Pegasus Reality is mostly just us sitting here going through listings and talking to people who walk in off the street looking for a place nearby. Baner Road has changed a lot since we first set up, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. We spend a good chunk of the day just driving around to different sites or meeting people at tea stalls to discuss things. There’s a lot of paperwork involved, which isn't the fun part, but it has to get done so we keep the folders organized in the back cabinets. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait a bit to upload photos of the properties, but we manage. People come in with all sorts of questions about prices and locations, and we just tell them what we know based on what’s actually happening on the ground. It’s not a very flashy setup, just a regular workspace where we drink a lot of tea and try to keep track of who is moving where. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, so we usually keep the blinds halfway down to stay cool. We’ve been at this for a while and know the area quite well now.
