If you’re ever near JM Road in Shivaji Nagar, you might have seen the Sterling Plaza building. We are up in office 302. It’s a central location, which makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes in this part of town. We’ve been doing real estate here for some time now. Shivaji Nagar is an old part of the city with a lot of history, and we enjoy being right in the middle of it all. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area pinned up. We don't go in for big decorations or corporate branding. We’re just local people helping other locals find a spot to live or a place for their business. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people at different properties. It’s a lot of walking and talking, but we are used to it by now. We try to be as clear as possible about what a property is like so nobody wastes their time on a bad fit. It’s a straightforward way to work. We don't have any hidden agendas or special tricks. If a place is good, we say so. If it has issues like bad plumbing, we mention those too. It’s better to be upfront. That’s how we’ve always done it.
