Payroll Finanace

We are Payroll Finanace, and you can find us over at Mahadeo Nagar in Hadapsar, Pune. We are basically working out of A.G. Paul’s place. It’s a small setup, which is how we like it. Managing payroll for other people is a big responsibility, so we stay focused on the details. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, it’s almost hard to recognize it compared to ten years ago. There’s a lot of traffic now, but our little corner in Mahadeo Nagar stays relatively calm. Our office is mostly just desks piled high with papers and calculators. It’s not a high-tech looking place, but we have our computers and they work just fine. We spend most of our time making sure people get paid on time and that the taxes are handled properly. It can be a bit stressful toward the end of the month, and we usually end up staying late and ordering some food. A.G. Paul is usually around making sure nobody missed a decimal point. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just know that people rely on their paychecks, so we have to be careful. It’s a quiet life of numbers. We don't need a big flashy office in a glass building to do that. Just a quiet room and some focused heads. It’s a decent living and we enjoy the people we work with every day.
