Pawar Properties

Our office is located at Flat No. 71, in Phase-2 of Savant Vihar, out in Katraj. It’s a bit different because we are tucked away in a residential area, which makes it feel more personal. Pawar Properties is basically run out of this space. It’s quiet and we don't get as much walk-in traffic as the shops on the main road, but that suits us fine. People usually call us first and then come over for a meeting. We’ve got a small setup with a computer and a printer that occasionally acts up. We mostly focus on the Katraj area because that’s what we know best. We’ve seen how the roads have changed and how new phases have been added to the housing complexes. When someone asks about a flat, we can usually tell them who the neighbors are or if the parking is tight. We don't use any slick sales tactics. We just show the papers and let people decide for themselves. It’s an honest way to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating between different parties. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. It’s just an office in a flat where we do our daily business. We like the peace and quiet of Savant Vihar for doing our work and keeping our files organized.
