Patil Real Estate

Patil Real Estate is located at number 5 in the Hardevi Bai Society. This is over in the Chinchwad area, near Sugandh. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is usually pretty calm around here. I set up the office in this society because it is where I spend most of my time anyway. It is a small room with just enough space for a couple of chairs and my computer. I deal with properties around Chinchwad mostly. People from the society often drop by just to chat or ask about what is selling nearby. I have known most of the neighbors for years. The building is a bit older, but it is sturdy and has a good feel to it. I do not do much advertising. People just know where I am. Sometimes I have to go out to meet clients at their sites, so the office stays locked for an hour or two. I try to leave a note on the door when that happens. It is a simple way of doing things. I do not have a big team or fancy software. I just use my notebook and my phone. Sugandh is a nice landmark for people trying to find the society. Chinchwad has changed so much since I first started, with new buildings going up everywhere. I stay busy enough just keeping track of it all. My family lives nearby, so I can go home for lunch most days. It is a local life and a local business.
