Patidar Associates

We’ve been at Plot-11 in the Swargate Timber Market for quite some time now. If you walk around here, you know it’s mostly about the smell of sawed wood and the sound of trucks coming in and out. Patidar Associates is just one of the many spots in this busy area. Most days start early with unloading stuff and checking what’s in the yard. The tea guy comes around ten, and that’s usually when things get moving. It’s a bit dusty, honestly, but that is just how timber markets are. We have different kinds of wood stacked up, and people come in asking for specific sizes for their home projects or bigger construction jobs. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We have a desk, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of ledger books. Swargate is always crowded, so getting here in the afternoon can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. We just do our work and handle the orders as they come. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes everyone wants something at the exact same time. We don't really do much advertising. People mostly find us because they are already in the market looking for materials. It is a simple setup. We deal with the suppliers, manage the inventory on the plot, and talk to the carpenters who stop by. That is pretty much our daily life here.
