We have our small setup here in Erandwana at Anandmayi Apartment. It’s located on SN 15/A/1/2/4 if you are looking at the technical address on a map. Pune is home for us. We've spent a lot of years in this area, so we know the local vibe pretty well. Our daily work involves sitting down with people and talking through their advisory needs. We call ourselves Pathfinder Advisory Services because that's the goal, just finding a path through the financial stuff that usually gets people confused. The office is in a residential sort of building, so it feels quiet and more personal than those big glass towers in the IT parks. We have a few chairs, some computers, and a lot of tea. Most of the day is spent on calls or looking over documents to see where things stand. It's a bit of a grind sometimes, keeping up with all the rules and changes, but it's what we signed up for. People come to us when they aren't sure which way to turn with their plans. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of us who know the business and try to give straight answers. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we have to dig deep to find the right solution, but we stay at it until it's done. Erandwana is a nice place to work from, even with the parking being a bit tight sometimes. We just do our best.
