We are based out of Pashan, specifically at Crystal Gardens on the Baner Link Road. Our unit is D-1101, which is part of the 134/3 plot. Pashan is a bit quieter than the center of Pune, which we actually like. The Baner Link Road has seen a lot of development lately, so there are more shops and cafes popping up around here. Crystal Gardens is a nice enough building, and our office on the eleventh floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy with work to look out the window much. Wadkars Exim is a small operation, mostly handled by a few of us here. The space is filled with files and some samples we keep on hand. We start our day around nine and usually stay until the work is finished. The weather in Pashan is generally better than in the more crowded parts of the city. We don’t have any big signs or fancy marketing posters on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out for a bit, but we just deal with it. It’s a very normal, local way of doing business. We know our neighbors in the building and occasionally chat in the hallway or by the elevators. It’s a decent place to be for the kind of work we do, keeping things simple and direct.
