You can find Parmar Properties at Parmar Apartment in Rasta Peth. We are in units 155 and 156. It’s a building we know inside and out because we’ve been here for so long. Rasta Peth is an old, busy area, and we like the energy of it. We handle property stuff, which mostly means we talk to a lot of people every day. Some people are looking to rent, and others want to sell their family homes. We just sit in our office and try to match everyone up. It’s not a complicated business, but it takes a lot of time and a lot of patience. Our office is usually full of files and old ledgers. We haven't gone fully digital because we like having the papers right there in front of us. It’s just how we’ve always done it. Sometimes the traffic outside on the street is so loud we have to close the windows to hear each other, but most of the time, we keep them open. We aren't a big corporate chain. We’re just a local business that knows this neighborhood better than anyone else. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or pushy talk. If a place is good, we say so. If it has problems, we mention those too. It’s better to be honest so nobody gets a surprise later on. We just keep things moving, one property at a time, every day.
