We are located on the 4th floor of the Sarla Camellia building, which is over in Aundh. Our office is Flat No 401, tucked away on Plot No 7. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, which is good when you’re trying to go through real estate contracts and land records. Aundh is a nice part of Pune City, and we feel pretty settled here. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to act like we’re bigger than we are. We are just a local team doing the daily work of an estate firm. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, but that gives us a minute to chat with neighbors. We handle the usual property stuff for the 411007 area. Most of the people who come to see us are just looking for a bit of clear information about their housing or investments. We don't have a polished corporate pitch. We just sit at our desks, drink some chai, and work through the files. The office has a lot of natural light, which helps during those long afternoons of paperwork. We’ve been at Sr No 132/1/1 for a while, so we know the local streets and the people around here quite well. It’s a simple operation, run by people who actually live in Pune and understand how things work on the ground. We just do our best to be reliable.
