Par Advisory Services is located at A31 in Kothrud. We are based in the Pushpnagari Apartment on Paud Road. It’s an interesting spot because people often mention the Gujarat High Court connection when they talk about this area. Kothrud is a busy part of the city, and Paud Road is one of the main veins running through it. We’ve been in this apartment unit for some time. It’s more of a quiet office setting than a shop. We spend most of our hours looking over files and talking on the phone. It’s not the kind of place with a big storefront. You have to come into the building and find A31. The stairs can be a bit of a workout if you don't take the lift. We’ve grown fond of this little corner of Kothrud. There are plenty of tea stalls and shops nearby when we need a break. It’s just us working through our pile of things to do. We don't use any big corporate talk here. We just explain things simply to whoever walks in. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Being on Paud Road means we are close to everything we need. We just keep doing our work, one day at a time, in our little space in Pushpnagari. It works for us and it seems to work for the people who visit. There is nothing too fancy about it, just an office on a busy road.
