We are tucked inside Vinod Memorial Hospital, which you can find at Cts No 285, Survey No 113 in Vishrantwadi. Being right opposite the Ganesh Mandir is helpful because everyone knows where the temple is. The clinic itself is a busy little space where we do a lot of stretching and physical work. Since we are part of the larger hospital building, there is always a lot of movement around us. You can often hear the bells from the temple across the street during the morning and evening prayers, which gives the place a specific kind of rhythm. The equipment we have is well-used and practical for the exercises we ask people to do. It’s not a silent environment; there is usually the sound of people talking through their routines and the hum of the hospital machines nearby. We keep our schedules on a big board and try to stay on top of the appointments, even when things get behind. The Vishrantwadi area is quite crowded, so parking can be a bit of a headache for our visitors sometimes. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the mats and the desks. It is a straightforward setup without any unnecessary frills. We are just a group of people working out of a hospital corner, helping neighbors get their movement back. The floors are basic tile and the walls are mostly covered in charts.
