We are based at 228/4 in the Pimpri Meghal Industrial Estate, specifically in Rajput Sadan on Devi Dayal Road. If you know the area, we are tucked away right behind the Ashok Theatre. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around nearby. Our focus is mainly on properties in and around this Pimpri belt. Being in the industrial estate means we talk to a lot of business owners and people looking for godowns or small factory spaces. The office isn't much to look at, just a functional space where we keep our files and meet with clients. Our team has operated out of this industrial unit for a good while, so we know the local landlords and the way things work in Rajput Sadan. It’s a lot of walking around and showing people different units, sometimes in the heat or the rain. Real estate around here is very different from the residential parts of the city because everything is about floor space and loading docks. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of matching people with the right space. It’s messy work sometimes, and there’s always a bit of dust from the factories, but it’s what we do. We don’t go for anything fancy, just the basics of property management and sales.
