We have been at the Amoli Building for a while now. It is right there in Kothrud, off Karve Road, so most people find us pretty easily since we are opposite the main gate of Karisma Society. If you are coming from that side of Pune, you probably know the spot. Our office is on the first floor, at number 11. It is a busy area, but once you get inside, it feels a bit quieter. There are a few of us working here on various projects throughout the week. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the paperwork and drawings scattered around, but we manage to stay on top of things. We are not a big fancy firm with a receptionist and expensive coffee machines; it is just a workspace where we get things done. Most of the time, we are busy at our desks or out meeting people. People usually drop by if they are in the neighborhood or have something specific to talk about. We do not really do much advertising around here. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just seeing the sign outside when they pass by. It is a very straightforward setup. We keep things simple because that is what works for us and the people we deal with. If the traffic on Karve Road is bad, it might take a minute to pull in, but that is just how it is in this part of Pune. It is a practical place.
