P S Dashputre Associates operates out of Flat No-1 in the Vitthal Heritage Apartment. We are right near the Vitthal Mandir in Akurdi, which is a busy and lively little area to be based in. The office is basically a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than some stiff, cold corporate space. We actually prefer it that way because it feels a lot more relaxed for us and for anyone who comes to visit. We do quite a bit of different work related to properties and consulting for people in the area. Akurdi has been our home base for quite some time now, and we’ve watched it develop into what it is today. Being so close to the temple means there are always people walking by or stopping in. We spend most of our hours looking over floor plans, talking to our clients, and making sure all the small details are sorted out. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s important to get it right. We don't really go in for flashy signs or big marketing campaigns to get attention. Most people end up finding us because they live in the neighborhood or someone they know told them about our office. We like to keep things low-key. Sometimes the tea is hot, and the conversations end up being longer than expected. That’s just the way we do things here. We know the local rules and the buildings well.
