Osian Diya Realty LLP is located on the first floor of Osian House, which is at 170 M.G. Road in Pune. M.G. Road is the heart of the Camp area, and it has that classic old-school Pune vibe that you don't find everywhere else. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. Our day-to-day work is mostly about local properties and helping people find what they need in the city. We don't do anything too fancy. The office has a comfortable feel to it, nothing like those cold, modern buildings you see in the IT parks. We prefer it this way. It’s a bit more personal and less intimidating. Being on M.G. Road means there's always something happening outside our window, whether it’s shoppers or people heading to the old bakeries. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking documents. Real estate is mostly about being patient and knowing who to call. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team that knows the Camp area and the rest of Pune pretty well. We don't use any high-tech marketing gimmicks. We just talk to people and help them with their property goals. It’s a practical, down-to-earth business. We enjoy being in such a historic part of the city and doing our part to keep things moving.
