Orchid Architect Interior Designer Engineer

We’ve been working out of Kankaria Market for quite a while now. Specifically at shop 103 in Shukrawar Peth. Most days it’s pretty busy around here. As Orchid Architect Interior Designer Engineer, we handle a lot of different things. Sometimes it is a house plan and other times it’s an engineering calculation that needs checking. Our office isn't anything fancy but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time looking at drawings or talking to people about their renovations. It gets loud in the market, but we’re used to it. Dealing with contractors and clients is just part of the daily life. We do the architecture part and the interior stuff too. It’s a lot of work to keep track of every detail. People come in with ideas and we try to make them work on paper first. Then there is the engineering side which is more about the structure and making sure things stay up. It isn't always smooth sailing. Construction has its ups and downs. One day everything is on schedule and the next day there is a delay with materials. We just stay here in Shukrawar Peth and keep at it. If you walk through the market, you’ll find us easily enough. We have been in this spot for years. It’s just us doing the work every day. No big corporate talk or anything like that. Just blueprints and site visits and trying to get the drawings right for whoever walks through the door at shop 103.
