You can find us at Flat Number 5 in the Shukar Shathe Colony, which is part of Survey Number 1128. It’s located in the 411042 zip code area of Pune. The colony is a bit of an older residential spot, so it has a very lived-in, local feel. Our office is basically a converted flat, which makes it feel a lot less like a cold corporate space and more like a home. We have a small kitchen area where we brew tea and a main room where we’ve set up our computers and printers. The walls are a bit thin, so we can sometimes hear the neighbors or the kids playing outside in the colony lanes. It’s a quiet place to work for the most part. We deal with estate matters, mostly focusing on the local Pune market. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a sign in lights. Most people who come to see us are locals who already know where we are. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking legal papers. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes we sit out on the small balcony just to get a bit of sun during the winter months. We aren't interested in sounding like a big international firm. We are just a local Pune outfit doing our thing in a quiet corner of the city.
