At Orbit Real Estate Consultants, our daily life revolves around the small office we have over at 8 Wanawadi Bhajipala Lane. It’s not the biggest street in the world, and things can get pretty crowded during the market hours when everyone is out and about. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and talking to people about the different buildings around this part of town. Real estate can be a headache sometimes, especially with all the paperwork that keeps piling up on the desks, but we just take it one day at a time. The office has a certain smell of old paper and tea because we drink a lot of it while waiting for the phone to ring. We know the neighbors pretty well by now, and we’ve seen shops come and go on this lane over the years. It’s a bit noisy outside with the bikes passing by, but inside we just focus on the lists of houses and shops we need to keep track of. Sometimes we have to go out and walk the streets to see a property ourselves, which is better than sitting under the fan all day when it’s hot. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here, just trying to keep the records straight and help folks find a place to stay or work without making a big deal out of it. It’s honest work in a busy neighborhood and we just keep at it.
