You can find Orange Krisala Realty LLP on the ground floor of Plot No.323 in Sector No.24. We are located in the Pradhikaran area of Nigdi. It’s a fairly straightforward location to find once you are in the sector. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in when they have questions. Our office is a basic workspace where we handle local real estate stuff. There is usually a couple of us here, surrounded by maps of the area and stacks of property documents. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about land and houses in Nigdi. It’s a growing area, so there is always something new to look at or a different problem to solve. We don't really do the whole polished corporate routine. We just talk to people like normal neighbors and try to help them find what they are looking for. Some days we are out in the sun looking at plots, and other days we are stuck inside doing the boring but necessary paperwork. It’s a mix of everything. Pradhikaran is a nice place to work, and being in Sector 24 puts us right where we need to be. We keep our operations simple and honest. If someone wants to know about a property, we tell them what we know. There’s no big mystery to it, just regular people doing regular real estate work every day.
