Omkar Services

Omkar Services is based at Chinchwad Cardinal Gracious Road, specifically at Chakala 268/6. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but the location works for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily. We do a lot of different things here, mostly general maintenance and helping people get their household stuff sorted out. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of my day is spent on the phone or riding my scooter to some site. The office is really just a place to store tools and do the billing at the end of the month. I share the space with a few other guys who help out with the bigger jobs. It gets pretty chaotic when several calls come in at once, but we just take them one by one. I’m not really into big marketing talk. We just show up, try to fix whatever is broken, and move on to the next place. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, or we can't find the right part in the local market, but we always try to get it done. It’s a lot of grease, dust, and heavy lifting. We’ve been at this address for a couple of years now, and the locals have started to recognize our shirts. It’s just a basic service business run by people who know how to use a wrench and aren't afraid of getting their hands dirty.
