Omkar Estate Agent is based in the Ganesh Complex. It’s not the newest building in the world but it’s home for us. We are over here in Chinchwad near Vadgadi. Most people know the Subodh Vidyalaya school, so we just tell them we are near there. It makes it easier to find us. The office is at G/A/7/2G. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say but once you’re in the complex, you’ll see our door. We spend a lot of time here talking to folks from the neighborhood. Some days are slow, just sitting with tea and looking at listings, while other days everyone seems to come in at once. We don’t have fancy chairs or a big reception desk. It’s just us and some desks and chairs for people to sit. Chinchwad can get pretty busy during the school hours because of the kids nearby. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Dealing with local property is what we do every day. It’s not always easy work, especially with the paperwork, but we get through it. People come to us when they need a place or want to move on from one. We know these streets pretty well by now. If you walk past the school and look for the Ganesh Complex sign, you'll find where we hang out and do our business. It's just a regular local office with a lot of files and some old wooden furniture. We keep it simple and just do the work.
