Om Sai Techno Graphix Private Limited is tucked away in Gala No. 10 of the Saphire Building. We are part of that big Tirupati Industrial stretch in Vasai. Honestly, it’s quite noisy around here most days with all the other units running, but you get used to the rhythm after a while. Most mornings start with the sound of shutters opening up and people dragging stuff across the concrete floors. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need. Being in Palghar district means dealing with the local trains and the humidity, especially during the monsoon when everything in the industrial estate gets a bit damp. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day stuff here. There's always someone coming in or out, usually looking for a specific block or just passing through. It's a practical setup. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and while the building shows its age, it works for us. Vasai-Virar has changed a lot, but this industrial pocket stays pretty much the same—just people working and trying to get things done on time. It’s not some glass-walled corporate office in the city center. It’s a real place with dust on the windows and a lot of activity in the corridors. We just keep our heads down and handle the graphic work and technical bits that come our way. Sometimes the power flickers, or the tea guy is late, but that’s just life at Saphire Building.
