Om Sai Financial Consultancy Services is based over at A/12 in the Rahul Co-Operrative Housing Society. We are located in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, which is part of the Koregaon Park area. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads, which is nice for the kind of work we do. Dealing with money and consultancy means we spend a lot of time sitting at desks, looking at papers, and talking to people about their plans. We aren't some big bank with marble floors. Our office is just a regular room in the housing society where we keep our files and computers. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or folks who heard about us from a friend. We try to keep things simple and explain the financial stuff without using too many big words. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out the best way forward for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the days get long when there’s a lot of paperwork to finish, but we just keep at it. Koregaon Park is a good place to be, even if our corner of Rajiv Gandhi Nagar is a bit more tucked away. We’ve been helping folks with their finances here for some time, and we plan to stay right here in the society, doing what we do.
