Om Real Estate operates out of Narale Nivas, right there near Sangavi Chitrashala Chowk in Sadashiv Peth. If you know Pune, you know these lanes can get pretty crowded and tight. We’ve been based at 716/A for a long time, dealing with the local property market day in and day out. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, handling phone calls about rentals or people looking to buy a small place nearby. Sadashiv Peth is an old area, so a lot of what we do involves older buildings and families who have lived here for generations. We don't have a big glass building or a fleet of cars. Most of the time, we’re just walking to different sites or meeting people at the chowk to show them a room. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to neighbors. The office is simple, nothing special to look at, but it’s where we keep all our files and records. Dealing with real estate in Pune means you have to know the local shortcuts and who owns which plot. We’ve spent years learning the history of the buildings around here. Sometimes the days are slow, and other times the phone won't stop ringing. We just take it as it comes. It's a small team here, and we mostly rely on people knowing us from around the neighborhood.
