Om Real Estate Agents

We've been running Om Real Estate Agents from our office in Pashan for a bit now. You can find us at Flat No. 2 in Morya Residency, right on the Pashan Sus Road. It’s a busy spot, especially since we are right across from Abhinav College. Most people around here know the building. We spend most of our days dealing with local property stuff. It isn't always easy work, honestly. Dealing with paperwork and showing people around takes up most of our time. Sometimes the traffic on Sus Road gets a bit loud, but it’s a good location for us to keep an eye on what’s happening in the neighborhood. We aren't a big fancy firm or anything like that. It's just a small setup where we talk to neighbors and people looking to move into the area. Usually, one of us is in the office during the day, though we step out for site visits pretty often. People just drop by when they see the door open. We know the streets around Pashan pretty well because we live and work right here. It’s a practical way to do things. We don't have a huge team, so you usually end up talking to the same person twice. It keeps things simple. If you're walking past Abhinav College, you'll see our sign. We've seen the area change quite a bit over the years from this office. It’s just how we do things every day. We don't have a website or anything too modern, just our physical office and our local knowledge of the area.
