We’ve been here for a long time and have watched Kothrud change from a quiet suburb to this busy hub. Our office is very simple. We have maps pinned to the walls and a lot of ledgers on the shelves. It’s a practical workspace for real people. We don't wear suits or use big words. We just talk to people about land and flats in the way we’ve always done. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and we’re jumping from one thing to another. Other days, we just sit and watch the rain or the traffic on 90 Feet Road. We know the local builders and the families who have land here. It’s a business built on being around for years. We don’t have a flashy entrance or a lobby. You just walk in and we talk. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the documents, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we run things here in Kothrud.
